The patented Adaptive Air Control system from SEKA serves to precisely regulate the air volume to ensure the required air pressure inside the cabin at the defined air quality level. Due to this technology the supply of compressed air lasts more than twice as long as with conventional systems. This results in a considerably higher machine availability and enables a completely new filling concept.
The new SEKA compressor station has a footprint of app 4 m2 and a weight of app 1.5 t. This not only translates into lower investments. It also has a positive effect on the operating costs of the station. Conventional container stations have a considerably higher footprint of app 15 qm and a weight of 11 t.
If a compressed air system is only needed for specific projects, renting the associated compressor station is a cost-effective alternative. This used to require costly transportation of the station using special equipment. The much more compact new generation compressor stations from SEKA, however, can be delivered by any shipping company. This not only saves costs for transportation. Setup and installation also require only minimum efforts.
