Interacting technologies

The pa­ten­ted Ad­ap­ti­ve Air Con­trol sys­tem from SEKA ser­ves to pre­cise­ly re­gu­la­te the air vo­lu­me to en­su­re the re­qui­red air pres­su­re in­si­de the ca­bin at the de­fi­ned air qua­li­ty le­vel. Due to this tech­no­lo­gy the sup­p­ly of com­pres­sed air lasts more than twice as long as with con­ven­tio­nal sys­tems. This re­sults in a con­sider­ab­ly hig­her ma­chi­ne avail­a­bi­li­ty and enables a com­ple­te­ly new fil­ling con­cept.

The new SEKA com­pres­sor sta­ti­on has a foot­print of app 4 m2 and a weight of app 1.5 t. This not only trans­la­tes into lo­wer in­vest­ments. It also has a po­si­ti­ve ef­fect on the ope­ra­ting costs of the sta­ti­on. Con­ven­tio­nal con­tai­ner sta­ti­ons have a con­sider­ab­ly hig­her foot­print of app 15 qm and a weight of 11 t.

Easy and cost-effective

If a com­pres­sed air sys­tem is only nee­ded for spe­ci­fic pro­jects, ren­ting the as­so­cia­ted com­pres­sor sta­ti­on is a cost-ef­fec­tive al­ter­na­ti­ve. This used to re­qui­re cost­ly trans­por­ta­ti­on of the sta­ti­on using spe­cial equip­ment. The much more com­pact new ge­ne­ra­ti­on com­pres­sor sta­ti­ons from SEKA, howe­ver, can be de­li­ve­r­ed by any ship­ping com­pa­ny. This not only sa­ves costs for trans­por­ta­ti­on. Set­up and in­stal­la­ti­on also re­qui­re only mi­ni­mum ef­forts.
