safe operation

Safety conforming to standards and legal requirements.

Compressed air systems usually operate with a pressure of 300 bar.

This pressure requires a system conforming to the highest safety standards. Even faulty operation must not endanger the health of the operator of a construction machine. That’s why the compressed air systems from SEKA conform to the highest international safety requirements.

Hazard analysis:
Effectively avoiding dangers

SEKA has many years of experience with compressed air systems. This is evident especially with the latest technology generation. On the basis of a comprehensive hazard analysis a complete range of specific measures was developed in order to avoid possible dangers. These measures were realized in close cooperation with the experts of the German Institute of Occupational Safety (IFA) and the German Construction Trade Association.

Innovative:
Patented safety conforming to standards

Not only the mechanical components of the new compressed air systems from SEKA conform to the highest safety standards. The related new electronic control system was also designed according to EN 13849 (standard for the safety of machine control systems). This was achieved by numerous patented solutions that secure SEKA a unique position in this technology field.

Measurements in practical applications

After an occupational safety measure has been carried out, the work is not yet done. The employer must also measure the effectiveness of the measure in practice.

On-site measurements have confirmed the reliability and effectiveness of our system.
