This pres­su­re re­qui­res a sys­tem con­for­ming to the hig­hest safe­ty stan­dards. Even faul­ty ope­ra­ti­on must not end­an­ger the health of the ope­ra­tor of a con­struc­tion ma­chi­ne. Tha­t’s why the com­pres­sed air sys­tems from SEKA con­form to the hig­hest in­ter­na­tio­nal safe­ty re­qui­re­ments.

Hazard analysis:
Effectively avoiding dangers

SEKA has many ye­ars of ex­pe­ri­ence with com­pres­sed air sys­tems. This is evi­dent es­pe­cial­ly with the la­test tech­no­lo­gy ge­ne­ra­ti­on. On the ba­sis of a com­pre­hen­si­ve ha­zard ana­ly­sis a com­ple­te ran­ge of spe­ci­fic mea­su­res was de­ve­l­o­ped in or­der to avo­id pos­si­ble dan­gers. The­se mea­su­res were rea­li­zed in clo­se co­ope­ra­ti­on with the ex­perts of the Ger­man In­sti­tu­te of Oc­cupa­tio­nal Safe­ty (IFA) and the Ger­man Con­struc­tion Tra­de As­so­cia­ti­on.

Patented safety conforming to standards

Not only the me­cha­ni­cal com­po­n­ents of the new com­pres­sed air sys­tems from SEKA con­form to the hig­hest safe­ty stan­dards. The re­la­ted new elec­tro­nic con­trol sys­tem was also de­si­gned ac­cor­ding to EN 13849 (stan­dard for the safe­ty of ma­chi­ne con­trol sys­tems). This was achie­ved by nu­merous pa­ten­ted so­lu­ti­ons that se­cu­re SEKA a uni­que po­si­ti­on in this tech­no­lo­gy field.

Measurements in practical applications
